I followed your advice and uninstalled, downloaded the drivers from Gateway, and reinstalled the Intel Management Engine Components and the Intel Xervice Storage Manager. Both the Intel Management and Security services are there. In the list of hardware categories, click on system devices and then double-click the device name.
